the location was very convenient. i was able to walk to termini station easily. several markets and restaurants were also nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful. i left my things and was able to retrieve them.
the lighting in the room was dim.

the room had functioning air conditioning. a tv was also included. i noticed a kettle and hairdryer were provided. the hotel supplied towels and toiletries.

Excellent Location near Termini

I appreciate this hotel proximity to the main train station. It made arriving and departing easy. The staff stored my luggage before check-in. They also stored it after check-out. A kettle was a nice touch.
The street outside was a bit noisy at night. I think the hotel should consider better soundproofing. This would improve the stay.

The breakfast included croissants and fruit. I saw juice and coffee. There was a friendly lady present. She offered choices and sang. The reception operates 24/7.
